In her role as executive of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Kathryn Ruscitto successfully used collaborative leadership practices to reshape the hospital and to make St. Joseph’s an anchor for the neighborhood through community partnerships. She will discuss how she defines collaborative leadership and the skill set and mind set required to be effective in the complex setting of health care management.
