Part 3 of the conversation bewteen Frank J. Principi and Patrick Garland. The anti-illegal immigration resolution they are referring to was passed by the Prince Wiliam County Board of County Supervisors on Oct. 16, 2007. There have been confliting accounts as to whether Principi "congratulated" the board on the resolution in his Citizens' Time speech that night. Our posting of the speech proves that Principi did no such thing. On this night, Garland was seeking an explanation face to face Frank J. Patrick Garland is a school teacher who is featured in a popular video on this site, called "Hispanic Children Will One Day Rise." Garland opposes the new anti-illegal immigration resolution. Principi hopes to serve as Garland's represetative. Principi contacted Garland when he heard Garland was considering a write-in candidacy. They met that evening and 9500Liberty was there.
