In the short two years of their being in business, they are already the number one ranked hair salon on Yelp for Delray Beach, Florida.
We talk about what it takes to get started and really open the business. We get into the actual designing and building of the brick and mortar shop. We talk about figuring out the paper work and the licenses to get started. We also talk about how to cope with the stress of the early days of being a business owner.
Next we get into more marketing tactics. Kate and Patricia both use the internet and social media and it has been a solid proving ground for them to bring in new clients. Instagram is the best platform for them and they don't forget to mention that word of mouth, treating people with respect and customer experience all play huge roles in creating and establishing a remarkable brand.
